Student Pilot
Hours: 0-15 Planes this rank can fly: Q400 The Student pilot is now an official pilot at Aircalin, your journey begins here. Second Officer Hours: 15-30 Planes this rank can fly: Q400, 208B Caravan Second officers can now fly to greater distances. First Officer Hours: 30-60 Planes this rank can fly: Q400, A320Q400, A320 As a first officer you gain more respect in the VA, and you are no longer seen as a newbie. Senior First Officer Hours: 60-100 Planes this rank can fly: All planes As a Senior you are trusted and well-known around the VA and at events you sometimes represent the VA. Captain Hours: 100-160 Planes this rank can fly: All planes As a Captain you have flown multiple hours and now have power to fly most planes. Senior Captain Hours: 160-230 Planes this rank can fly: All planes You can now fly all planes and you are very respected in the whole VA. Pilots look up to you and work hard to become like you. Chief Pilot Hours: 230+ Planes this rank can fly: All planes To be a Chief Pilot it takes responsibility, you have flown over 500 hours and now are seen as a leader in the VA.
